RSS is an organisation :
1. That is not registered under the Registration of Societies Act.
2. That does not pay even Rs. 1/- in tax of any kind (Central + Taxes) inspite of having 53 branches and thousands of institutions.
3. Does not recognise the Constitution of India.
4. Does not recognise the National Anthem of India.
5. Openly claims to overthrow the State (The Union of India) by dis-mantling the structure based on the Constitution of India.
6. Maintains an extra-constitutional Armed Army (Mafia) to unleash communal riots as and when politically expedient.
7. RSS Sarsangchalak says "No Violence in RSS"., but everyone knows that from Hegdewar to Mohan Bhagwat., all Sarsangchalaks (Hegdewar-Golwalkar-Deoras-Sudarshan-Raju Bhaiyya-and so on); have successfully planned, executed and supervised communal riots (and subsequently covered them up successfully, buried the truth under the safforn carpet, i.e.).
8. Instigating the common man (Aam Aadmi) to overthrow the State of the Union of India openly.
